1. Research Use

All products offered by T&B Noble Biolabs are intended strictly for laboratory, analytical, and research purposes only.

Products are not intended for human or animal consumption and are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, or veterinary use. By purchasing from T&B Noble Biolabs, customers acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring that products are handled, stored, and used appropriately and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Orders

Please review all product selections, quantities, contact information, and shipping details carefully before submitting an order.

Once an order enters processing or fulfillment, we may not be able to modify or cancel it. If you notice an issue with your order after it has been placed, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

T&B Noble Biolabs reserves the right to review, decline, or cancel an order when necessary due to product availability, payment issues, suspected misuse, regulatory considerations, or incorrect order information.

3. Shipping

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment as efficiently as possible. Shipping and delivery estimates provided during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, service interruptions, destination restrictions, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of T&B Noble Biolabs.

Where available, tracking information will be provided after an order has been prepared and accepted by the shipping carrier.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please verify the recipient name, street address, apartment or suite number, city, state/province, postal code, and other required information before completing checkout.

T&B Noble Biolabs cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a shipment is returned because the address supplied by the customer was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable.

5. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact T&B Noble Biolabs Customer Support promptly after delivery.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, internal packaging, and external shipping package. Keep the product and original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Verified cases may qualify for an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, subject to review.

6. Product Concerns

If you have a concern regarding the condition, identity, packaging, or quality of a product received from T&B Noble Biolabs, please contact Customer Support promptly.

Include your order number, the affected product, relevant lot or batch information where available, a clear description of the concern, and photographs when applicable.

Each concern will be reviewed individually based on the available order and product information. Customers should not return products without first receiving return instructions or authorization from T&B Noble Biolabs.

7. Returns

Due to the nature of research products and the importance of maintaining product integrity and chain of custody, return eligibility may be limited.

Products that have been opened, used, reconstituted, altered, tampered with, or improperly stored should not be accepted for return. Research-material sellers commonly restrict such returns because storage and handling integrity can no longer be independently verified after products leave controlled custody.

If you believe your order qualifies for a return, contact T&B Noble Biolabs Customer Support before sending any product back. Approved returns will be provided with appropriate return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
